individual sessions

Depending on your particular situation, either an Energy Healing Session or a Psychic Reading may better suit your needs. However, a combination of both may be more effective in some instances as we begin by channeling information from our Spirit Guides regarding the subjects you wish to work on. As the information enters your consciousness and energy field it starts preparing the energetic foundation or platform on which the subsequent Energy Healing will occur. Becoming aware and conscious about key aspects of your energetic healing can guide you to set more specific intentions and consciously choose to open up for the energy to have a deeper reach and consequently allowing a more prominent shift in your vibrational frequency.

We start by doing a Psychic Reading for about 30 minutes (via Zoom or phone call, according to your preference) where we address issues you might want to work on so that we can get insights from our Spirit Guides and better prepare our consciousnesses to receive the energy healing. The next 45-60 minutes will be dedicated to energy healing and for the remaining time we have another call where we talk about the work that was done, any relevant insights that may have arised during the session, answer any questions you may have and give you any recommendations that may need mentioning.

An individual session might be better suited for you if you are looking to improve your own energetic well being, whether it's needed to correct, realign, release or integrate, the focus of this session's energy will be solely on you, based on your own particular spiritual needs. The main difference from individual sessions and couples or family group sessions is that the individual focus can allow for a deeper personal healing that may also potentially help improve the dynamics and energy exchanges between partners and/or family members as a consequence, but may not be as efficient, as it is not its primary objective.
Why choose an individual session over a couples or family group session?

The focus of these types of sessions will be the energy (or energies) that act as a common denominator between the couple, whether it’s something that needs clearing, balancing, aligning, realigning, releasing, anchoring, etc.
Under some circumstances, this approach can be a more efficient way to work on some energetic relationship issues than the individual approach.

An interesting effect takes place when performing a session on two or more people at the same time. While there is individual work being done, a big part of the energy healing is determined by either an “average”, an energy, or sets of energies that act as a common denominator for the people involved, depending on what the circumstances are.
When it comes to couples, the energy healing that takes place can aid in the exchanges of energy that occur between those two individuals on a daily basis, their connection, and how they interact with each other, their environment or a specific situation.
Some longer-term couples could potentially be benefitted by these types of sessions if they’re experiencing joint energetic imbalances, struggles, past-life or external energetic influences, if they’re looking to improve their connection, clear it, want to prepare to take it to their “next level”, or if they’re facing a challenging situation together that they’re working to transcend, to name a few.
For newer couples these types of sessions could also be a great opportunity to work on their energetic connection from the early stages of the relationship, to help clear energies that could potentially generate blockages in the future, to get any insights from the energy regarding the couple’s energetic connection and, in some instances, receiving a blessing from higher realms of consciousness.

Family group sessions
3-8 people. 1hr $88 per person
The energetic platform for these sessions works in a similar way as the Couples Sessions, in which there is an energetic common denominator that may somehow be affecting the connections, interactions and energy flows between (in this case) family members. A comparable approach is taken where there is individual work done on each family member but the main focus is said common denominator, while also having access to the energies of their ancestral lineage. This can be useful to help families work through or release ancestral energetic burdens, bounds, etc., as well as to bring in or awaken dormant frequencies from their ancestors that are meant to be integrated to somehow assist in their evolution.
I recommend these types of sessions when the whole family is onboard with the idea of working on the energetic connections between them and are seeking to improve their interactions to be lighter, more loving, joyful, easier-flowing and to be less prone to blockages and conflicts. This can be especially more effective soon after having had a deep energetic cleanse on their home and when investing in regular family sessions becomes part of their dynamic.

It is important to mention that not all of the people taking part in these sessions have to be physically present. Some (or all) of them can be elsewhere and the energy will work regardless of where they may be as long as they tune in at the right time and follow some simple instructions and recommendations that I will provide beforehand.
